RCR is now firmly established as Australia's leading Utility Scale Solar EPC contractor. With 800MW of renewable projects currently under construction, we are seeking for a Safety Administrator with background working on site of large construction / engineering projects to support our team in the delivery of 100MWac Haughton Solar Farm, Townsville.

Reporting to the Safety Manager, you primarily will be accountable for administration of the Health & Safety management system, ensuring timely, concise reporting and records management, and monitoring of the workforce compliance management system.

RCR Tomlinson continue to grow the renewable energies division and your application might be considered for other QLD based projects.   • Administer & maintain a comprehensive database of all project related health & safety data & prepare it for reporting to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with document control to ensure compliance with requirements; with other teams to facilitate projects & coordinate inductions & take care of all safety administration.
  • Operate with a high degree of independence in a busy environment.


  • Intermediate level of experience working on-site in the construction industry.
  • Strong administration skills to provide administrative maintenance of health & safety management systems & data.
  • Experience in investigating & reporting safety incidents.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage assigned workload
  • Mature approach and ability to complete tasks and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced skill and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
