Located in our Sydney CBD offices this role provides high quality and timely secretarial, administrative and personal assistance support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and his small team. This is a full time permanent opportunity with excellent career prospects for the successful candidate.


  • Provide secretarial, administrative and personal assistance support to the CFO ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

  • Provide support to the CFO and team for Board and ASX reporting.

  • Diary management for the CFO including but not limited to;

    - Assume responsibility for the coordination CFO’s daily schedule.

    - Coordinate functions/meetings

    - Organise catering for events

    - Book equipment as needed

    - Arrange travel and accommodation bookings

  • Collate financial summaries and perform reconciliation for monthly expenses for approval by CFO

  • Under the direction of the CFO provide other team members with administrative support.

  • Other duties as required.


  • Must have experience providing secretarial and administrative support service at a senior management level in a corporate environment.

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Competent using SAP software and Pronto software.

  • Previous experience in a large scale corporate environment is highly desirable.

  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.

  • Initiative and a team focused attitude is essential for this role.
