RCR is now firmly established as Australia's leading Utility Scale Solar EPC contractor. With 800MW of renewable projects currently under construction, we are seeking for a Sydney-based Project Administrator with background working construction / engineering projects to support our Category Managers.

This role will test your strong administrative skills and ability to work autonomously in a busy environment.


  • Be responsible for the provision of a range of services supporting high quality, timely and professional administrative functions through the implementation of standardised and consistent business processes with a key focus on continuous improvement.
  • Raise purchase orders in line with Company Policy and perform goods receipting,
  • Customer contact and log and escalate customer issues
  • Support stock takes and enter transfer of stock between warehouses in PRONTO
  • Work closely with Procurement & Logistics Team and other functional areas, including National Admin Centre to ensure the efficient operations of the Branch.


  • Proven experience working in a similar administrative role & in implementing standard processes and systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate professional approach in dealing with stakeholders.
  • ERP system experience: SAP or PRONTO or both.
  • Excellent customer engagement, i.e. responding to customer issues within required timeframes.
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem resolution skills when receiving and project enquires and complaints.
  • High attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced skills: Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft Project.
