Contract Manager


Due to recent contract wins building on the businesses existing growth, RCR’s Facilities Maintenance Services Division, are looking for an experienced Contract Manager with a multi-disciplined background to oversee and deliver turnkey facilities maintenance services to a range of diversified locations.

Commencing July 2018, the Contract Manager is the key contact for our clients’ representatives and will work to develop strategic solutions, resolve issues and manage all aspects of the Contract effectively.


  • Act as the central point of contact and a point of escalation for operational issues or maters.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the Contract
  • Work closely with Management to develop strategies and manage issues
  • Directly oversee and manage the duties and responsibilities of a team of support staff
  • Oversees the appointment of all subcontractor engagements and their performance


  • Contract management experience in a facilities maintenance and service environment
  • Manage and Develop long term contracting relationships
  • Demonstrated cost effective management of service, maintenance and minor work activities
  • Demonstrable experience in leading a team
  • The ability to handle and use pressure to an advantage
