Due to recent contract wins, building on the businesses existing growth, RCR’s Facilities Maintenance Services Division, are looking for experienced Schedulers with a multi-disciplined background in Building Services.

Commencing July 2018, the Schedulers will be responsible for the scheduling and allocation of work orders ensuring all related functions are performed to the expected quality standards & procedures.


  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of repair & planned maintenance
  • Plan, schedule and allocate reactive and corrective maintenance works
  • Schedule audits and ensure they are undertaken in accordance with the required schedule
  • Ensure the proper implementation of the WHS Management System and Environmental Management System.
  • Communicate & Issue scheduled work with the Works Supervisors & other relevant personnel
  • Liaise and arrange sub-contractors to complete work orders as required


  • Knowledge and use of a computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Qualification in either Carpentry, Electrical or Plumbing Trades desirable
  • Experience in planning & scheduling of task
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Demonstrate the ability in the management of sub-contractors & trades personnel
