ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to recent contract wins, RCR’s Facilities Maintenance Services Division, are looking for an experienced Building Inspector with a multi-disciplined background in Property Conditions Assessment (PCA) and Quality Assurance.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Quality Assurance Supervisor & PCA Inspector role will offer diversified responsibilities maintain and managing the service delivery program of PCA Inspections whilst physically being involved with the inspections and reporting.

DUTIES

  • Prepare and update a service delivery program for PCA Inspections

  • Develop materials and tools to be used to support the Inspection process

  • Respond to any ‘On Request PCAs’ requested by the Client or rescheduled appointments from Tenants

  • Record and maintain accurate PCA Inspection data

  • Develop, implement and manage an approach for direct communications with DHHS Tenants

  • Collate and submit accurate survey forms for PCA Inspections to the Client

  • Schedule and undertake quality internal audits meeting KPI’s Required

  • Liase and respond to Client Audits

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality management compliance requirements and implementation in a Facilities Maintenance/Building Management environment

  • Previous experience in the Facilities Maintenance Industry within a senior QA related position

  • Principles of supervision, training and performance evaluation

  • A Certificate II or III QA or a related discipline

  • A trade background in either building, carpentry, electrical or mechanical will be highly regarded
