With RCR playing a key part in the development of the Melbourne Rail Network, we are now looking for an experienced Document Controller to work with this growing project.

Reporting to the project Director, the Document Controller will be required to maintain a central project control system, covering project team, client, vendor and third-party documentation.


  • Maintain a filing system that supports efficient information management
  • Ensure all records-management activities adhere to institutional policies and legal regulations
  • Coordinate storage and archiving of project and organisational records
  • Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties
  • Collects and stores file from various departments and supervises
  • Train staff working in the document control department.


  • Degree qualified in records management or business administration
  • Extensive experience working with ASITE and TEAMBINDER
  • Knowledge of Process mapping
  • Experience working in Document Control in the construction industry
