We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed individual to join our team based in Welshpool, WA.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day programming of work for production using AutoCAD and Sigmanest software.
  • Supporting RCR customers through all issues relating to the programming and cutting of their products.
  • Supporting RCR internal Customer Service staff with technical support.
  • Various ad hoc tasks as directed by the Branch Manager.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience as Programmer for Laser / Plasma business, desirable.
  • Experience in AutoCAD and Sigmanest software.
  • Experience in a manufacturing / fabrication environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent customer service / negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Sound computer skills and familiar with MS Office

Successful candidates will be asked to provide referee details and undergo a pre-employment Medical and drug & alcohol test.

Must have Australian work rights
