RCR ‘s Property and Services Division are looking for a Receptionist to join the team at our Optima Building location in Perth.


  • Answer the Reception Telephones and direct calls appropriately.
  • Opening or closing reception, between, 7.00am – 5.00pm
  • Maintain reception and breakout areas in a clean and tidy state.
  • Provide a professional, friendly and courteous Reception service to internal and external clients.
  • Maintain staff and visitor access card register.
  • Record all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Organise couriers for company business and maintain courier incoming/outgoing log books.
  • Manage and update the Reception folders.
  • Order stationary and consumables as required.
  • Management of internal and external mail bags which distribute mail internally and externally
  • Assist with room set up and clear up for meetings when required.
  • To assist with parking requests as required.


  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience using Pronto desirable.
  • Well presented, strong communication skills and a polite and friendly manner.
  • Be reliable and a good time keeper.
