RCR are seeking two experienced Contract Administrators with a background working on large engineering projects to join us in the delivery of 68MW Emerald Solar Farm & 75MWac Clermont Solar Farm. With excellent planning and organisational skills, you will be working across legal and financial requirements on both client and subcontractor interfaces. You will also be involved in internal and external reporting.

The Contract Administrator is primarily responsible for controlling the contract administration methods, practices and procedures. The position has a strong focus on the development, implementation and governance of Contract Administration processes.

RCR Tomlinson continue to grow the renewable energies division and your application might be considered for other QLD based projects. As a well experienced and commercially savvy Contracts Administrator, you require:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Contracts Administration/Construction Management locally.
  • Proven record of successful delivery of Contract Administration duties across construction and/or electrical projects, from commencement to completion.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial management, legal and governance requirements of major infrastructure projects, and alliance relationships.
  • Mature approach and ability to complete tasks and adapt and change within a fast paced contracting environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to projects in excess of $25 million in construction value.
  • Experience with environmental and risk mitigation controls.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and Experience with Pronto or similar project administration software.
  • Be based in Brisbane or Queensland
  • Preferably related tertiary qualifications
