We are now recruiting for a Project Manager, ideally with experience of working on Utility Solar projects to work on a specific project based in regional Western Australia.

The primary purpose of this position is to single point accountability for the project development and delivery. Reporting to General Manager, you will participate in planning, schedule, manage and co-ordinate assigned solar project to ensure completion in accordance with design requirements and time and cost constraints to achieve profit objectives.

This role requires your positive stakeholder management, strong leadership and communication skills. Your decisions and actions are consistent with company policies and actively promote RCR’s image and maintain good client relationships.

You will be working as a part of an experienced team; yet given the opportunity to build your own team.

To be consider for the position you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in electrical or construction engineering or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years’ experience as a Civil Engineer / Project Manager on infrastructure projects.
  • Large scale project management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills to achieve required cost, quality and time schedules with Proven skills in negotiation and problem solving (5+ years).
  • Ability to liaise diplomatically and effectively with senior management, client, subcontractors and staff.
  • Demonstrated commitment to, and knowledge of HSE and Quality Management.
