With RCR recently securing a new project, we are seeking a Project Civil Engineer with mulit-million-dollar projects background.

The primary purpose of this role is the safe, accurate and reliable design, procurement, delivery and construction of Earthworks, Drainage, Environmental Controls, Roads and Pavements and ancillary civil works. The solar array support structures, equipment foundations and ancillary structures.

To be considered for the position you must have the following:

  • 3-5+ years relevant engineering experience working on a site based construction projects or mining environments.
  • A degree qualified in Structural/Civil engineering disciplines.
  • Knowledge of the standards and procedures for design, construction, testing and commissioning for large scale solar projects.
  • Knowledge of the principles, practices, operations, services and activities of Mechanical/Structural engineering programs.
  • Knowledge of safety legislation, environmental policy, processes and practices for large scale solar projects.
  • Ideally knowledge of large scale solar projects, with an understanding of the requirements of working in green field sites.
  • Principles and practices of construction management, risk management and project scheduling.
  • Principles of supervision, training and performance evaluation.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft Project.
  • Understanding of Primavera P6.
